School Schedule

The school year begins the second week of September and ends before Memorial Day. School is in session Monday-Friday, 9:30AM-12:00PM. Two-day sessions are Tuesday and Thursday, three-day sessions are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Though no effort is made to segregate ages, the 2-day class is primarily three year olds, and the 3 and 5-day classes are predominantly four and five year olds. This balance minimizes competitiveness and facilitates cooperative learning among the children. It also allows each child the opportunity to be both a leader and a follower. Children who attend the full five-day session profit greatly from the continuity of the experience.

Vacation periods and weather-related closings generally follow those of the Fairport Central School District

Enrollment Forms

Applications for enrollment are accepted for existing St. Luke’s Hill families starting December 1 for the following year. Applications for the general public are accepted starting January 1 for that year. To visit the school prior to enrollment, parents may schedule a tour with the Director at any time or attend one of our Open Houses, scheduled throughout the year.
